Call Center
A fully operational, multi-channel, technology-enabled youth workforce engagement and service delivery hub. 36-seat capacity with proven scale: 63,236 youth engagements (2024–2025). Services include youth onboarding, career guidance, programme navigation, psychosocial support referrals, behaviour change nudging, and follow-up tracking. Operates as B2G national youth helpline and B2B corporate Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
