Mindset Change
Mindset change is central to Springboard’s value proposition, based on the belief that transformation begins with how individuals perceive themselves and their opportunities. The organization uses evidence-based approaches, including media, mentorship, and youth engagement, to shift attitudes and behaviors. It specifically addresses cultural and social barriers that limit ambition, helping young people reframe sectors like agriculture and vocational training as viable career paths. Programmes implemented under the Mindset Change include
- Ghana Grows
- CoRe Program
- Virtual University
- Handgout with Comfort Ocran
SMS Engagement Platforms
Our integrated outreach system has the capacity to combine both broadcast voice messaging and bulk SMS to engage youth at scale. Voice messages in local languages ensure inclusivity for rural and low-literacy populations, while SMS enables mobilization, reminders, surveys, and two-way data collection. It is Integrated with CRM and MEL systems for real-time tracking.
Community Engagement
SRSF has a localized outreach strategy to disseminate programme information and learning in rural and lowconnectivity communities. Supported by trusted media and regional networks, the approach fosters sustained community participation, peer learning, and leadership development.
