Call Center

A fully operational, multi-channel, technology-enabled youth workforce engagement and service delivery hub. 36-seat capacity with proven scale: 63,236 youth engagements (2024–2025). Services include youth onboarding, career guidance, programme navigation, psychosocial support referrals, behaviour change nudging, and follow-up tracking. Operates as B2G national youth helpline and B2B corporate Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

Core Capabilities

e-Counselling Platform

Psychosocial support via Ghana Psychological Association volunteers, university psychology departments, and corporate pro-bono programmes. Nearly 400 participants benefitted in Q3 2025 alone.

e-Mentoring Platform

100% volunteer mentor model. 50+ mentors recruited from alumni (500K+ network), corporates, and professional associations. Automated matching platform, structured training, quarterly check-ins, and recognition programme from a qualified mentors over a stipulated time frame.
